You acknowledge that:

You acknowledge that:

• Results depend on the quality and accuracy of the information provided
• Outputs are assistive and informational in nature
• Outputs are not a substitute for professional legal judgment

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining the appropriateness of all outputs before relying on them.

LawyersLife may utilize commercial AI service providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and other supported AI infrastructure providers, to process authorized workflows and generate outputs.

When AI-powered workflows are initiated, relevant portions of uploaded materials, prompts, workflow instructions, and legal context may be securely transmitted to these providers through API-based services solely for the purpose of generating requested outputs.

These providers process data subject to their applicable enterprise/API terms and privacy commitments.

LawyersLife uses commercial API services intended for application and enterprise usage.

LawyersLife does not authorize third-party AI providers to use customer-submitted content for advertising or marketing purposes.

Supported providers and infrastructure may evolve over time as the platform expands.

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

Organizations may manage:

• User roles
• Permissions
• Access to cases, clients, and documents
• Internal workflow visibility

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• There is suspected misuse, abuse, or security risk
• Required by law or regulatory obligations
• Platform integrity or customer security is at risk

Certain features or subscriptions may require payment.

By subscribing to the Service:

• You agree to pay applicable fees and taxes
• Fees are billed according to your selected plan and billing cycle
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You authorize LawyersLife or its payment providers to process payments

We may modify pricing, subscription structures, or features with prior notice.

• Errors or inaccuracies in generated content

You are responsible for exercising independent professional judgment when using the Service.

Total liability arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to LawyersLife during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LawyersLife, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your uploaded content or data
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws, regulations, or professional obligations

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including software, workflows, branding, designs, interfaces, documentation, and proprietary systems — belong to LawyersLife.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Misuse proprietary workflows or infrastructure
• Remove proprietary notices or branding

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

The courts located in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
